Abstract

We describe a rare case of infection presenting as peripheral lung nodules and mimicking a metastatic focus from a previously diagnosed cutaneous melanoma. To avoid invasive investigations before arriving at the correct diagnosis, dirofilariasis should be included as a part of the diagnostic process in subjects with lung nodules who live in (or have traveled to) endemic regions.

我们描述了一例罕见的感染病例，表现为周围型肺结节，酷似先前诊断的皮肤黑色素瘤的转移灶。为避免在做出正确诊断前进行侵入性检查，对于居住在（或曾前往）流行地区且有肺结节的患者，诊断过程应包括丝虫病。
