Abstract

In recent years, the incidence of tuberculosis, HIV, syphilis and other infectious diseases has a "rising" trend. The incidence of infectious fundus diseases is also increasing, and missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis are becoming more common. How to diagnose infectious fundus diseases accurately, avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, carry out standardized treatment in time, carry out research on infectious fundus diseases related to systemic infectious diseases, and save the visual function of patients are the problems we are facing. This article discusses the related issues. .

摘要

近年来，结核病、艾滋病、梅毒等传染病的发病率呈“上升”趋势。感染性眼底疾病的发病率也在增加，漏诊和误诊越来越常见。如何准确诊断感染性眼底疾病，避免漏诊和误诊，及时进行规范化治疗，开展与全身感染性疾病相关的感染性眼底疾病研究，挽救患者的视功能，是我们面临的问题。本文就此相关问题展开讨论。
