Abstract
Symplocin A, a linear peptide possessing N-terminal -dimethylisoleucine, statine, and valic acid residues, has been synthesized for the first time employing our previously established ''. Moreover, the stereochemistry of natural symplocin A was unambiguously revised through the confirmation by 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and HPLC comparisons with authentic natural product.

首次利用我们之前建立的方法合成了具有N端二甲基异亮氨酸、他汀和缬草酸残基的线性肽Symplocin A。此外，通过一维核磁共振（1D NMR）、二维核磁共振（2D NMR）以及与真实天然产物的高效液相色谱（HPLC）比较进行确认，明确修正了天然Symplocin A的立体化学。
