From the dried root and rhizomes of afford 11 compounds, one new compound and ten known compounds - were isolated and identified. The novel compound was alkaloid glycoside. Its mother nuclear was the acridone, which was relatively rare. The structure of compound was established identified by spectrum and elucidated as -D-Glu-4,5-dimethoxy-1,6-dihydroxy-10-methyl-acridone. The compound enriched the compound library and laid the material foundation for the subsequent study of pharmacological activities.
从 afford 的干根和根茎中分离得到 11 种化合物,其中 1 种为新化合物,10 种为已知化合物。新化合物 为生物碱糖苷。其母核为吖啶酮,较为罕见。通过光谱解析确定化合物 的结构为-D-Glu-4,5-二甲氧基-1,6-二羟基-10-甲基吖啶酮。该化合物丰富了化合物库,为后续药理活性研究奠定了物质基础。
