To investigate the risk factors for postoperative haemorrhage following coblation assisted tonsillectomy, thus provide the guidence for the clinical treatment. The clinical data of 1 128 patients who underwent tonsillectomy were analyzed retrospectively. The rate of postoperative haemorrhage was 6.02%. Univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis showed a significant relationship between age and postoperative haemorrhage(<0.05). Age was an independent risk factor for postoperative haemorrhage following coblation-assisted tonsillectomy. .
