Abstract

Intragastral pH-graphy was applied to the study of the dynamics of acid production in the stomach of dogs with fistulae of the fundal portion of the stomach out of and during digestion, and also before and after the thyroidin prescription. Biphasic character of the changes in acid production in the stomach under the effect of the hormonal preparation was revealed.

采用胃内pH描记法，研究了胃底部有瘘管的犬在消化期和非消化期，以及在服用甲状腺素之前和之后胃内产酸的动态变化。结果揭示了激素制剂作用下胃内产酸变化的双相特征。
