The vesicourachal diverticulum in association with other urological anomalies is a rare condition. It is easily demonstrated by ultrasound examination. We report a rare case of vesicourachal diverticulum in association with a large posterior bladder diverticulum; the latter obstructing the trigone of the bladder, and with the ureter of a right solitary ectopic and hydronephrotic kidney draining into it. Diagnosis was initially made by ultrasound and later confirmed by cystography. A CT examination was also supplementary. The literature on vesicourachal diverticulum is briefly reviewed.
膀胱脐尿管憩室合并其他泌尿系统异常是一种罕见的病症。超声检查很容易显示出该病症。我们报告一例罕见的膀胱脐尿管憩室合并巨大膀胱后憩室的病例；后者阻塞膀胱三角区，且右侧孤立异位肾并伴有肾积水的输尿管引流至该憩室内。最初通过超声进行诊断，后来通过膀胱造影得以证实。CT检查也起到了辅助作用。本文对膀胱脐尿管憩室的相关文献进行了简要综述。
