Here, we report the draft genome sequences of A1, sp. strain A3, and sp. strain A29; sp. A3 and sp. A29 were identified as strain A3 and strain A29, respectively, after a quality control check of the whole-genome sequences deposited in the NCBI database. These bacteria exhibit tremendous production of siderophores and significant antimicrobial potential. When inoculated on maize, these isolates increase its yield.
