With the help of 9 cases in childhood the computer-morphologic picture of the urogenital bilharziosis free of overshadowing with the typical cup-shaped calcifications of the walls of the urinary bladder and the rind-shaped calcium deposits of the distal ureters are demonstrated. On account of the increasing exchange of staff and the increasing number of probationers and students from tropical countries also in our country the physician working in the field of urology and radiology will more frequently be confronted with the typical forms of this parasitosis.
