The novel strain sp. strain AD2-3 was isolated from postmining soil samples collected from Antamok mine in Benguet, Philippines. Here, we report a draft of its whole-genome sequence, with predicted gene inventories supporting metal tolerance, nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilization, and indole acetic acid production.
新型菌株sp.菌株AD2-3是从菲律宾本格特省安塔莫克矿采集的采矿后土壤样本中分离出来的。在此,我们报告了其全基因组序列草图,预测的基因清单支持其对金属的耐受性、固氮、磷溶解和吲哚乙酸的产生。
