Abstract
The clinical findings, histopathology, and management of verrucous carcinoma of the larynx are discussed. Four cases are presented that demonstrate the efficacy of endoscopic removal of the tumor as a treatment modality. Complete endoscopic removal at the time of initial direct laryngoscopy with careful followup is recommended in cases of suspected verrucous carcinoma.
