院士创新性地提出“窍闭神匿,神不导气”是中风的总病机,并创立了以“脑髓神机”理论为基础、以“治神”理念为核心内涵,基于“调神”“调气”“调窍”的针刺疗法。其临床应用也已拓展至不同类型疾病。尽管穴位配布有所差异,但治疗原则始终与神、脑、窍相关。本文作者通过引用古代文献及现代学者观点阐释了神、脑、窍的含义及相互关系,有助于理解和传承院士的学术思想。
