Abstract

The helper T cell 9 (Thelper-9, Th9), as a functional subgroup of CD4T cells, was first discovered in 2008. Th9 cells expressed transcription factor PU.1 and cytokine interleukin-9 (IL-9) characteristically. Recent researches have shown that the differentiation of Th9 cells was coregulated by cytokine transforming growth factor β, IL-4, and various transcription factors. Th9 cells, as a new player, played an important role in various immune-related diseases, including tumors, inflammatory diseases, parasite infection, and other diseases. In this article, we summarize the related research progress and discuss the possible prospect.

辅助性 T 细胞 9(Thelper-9,Th9)作为 CD4T 细胞的一个功能亚群,于 2008 年首次被发现。Th9 细胞特征性地表达转录因子 PU.1 和细胞因子白细胞介素-9(IL-9)。最近的研究表明,Th9 细胞的分化受细胞因子转化生长因子 β、IL-4 和各种转录因子的共同调控。Th9 细胞作为一种新的参与者,在多种免疫相关疾病中发挥着重要作用,包括肿瘤、炎症性疾病、寄生虫感染等疾病。本文对相关研究进展进行综述,并探讨其可能的前景。
