Abstract
2 cases of long-standing luxation of the mandible are presented. Both patients were successfully operated on by articular eminectomy according to Myrhaug's description, with the purpose of both reposition of the condyles and prevention of redislocation. The articular eminectomy increased the ease of reduction and was effective in preventing future dislocation of the temporomandibular joint.

本文报告2例下颌骨长期脱位的病例。两名患者均根据米尔豪格（Myrhaug）的描述成功接受了关节结节切除术，目的是使髁突复位并防止再次脱位。关节结节切除术增加了复位的容易程度，并有效防止了颞下颌关节未来的脱位。
