Abstract

Vestibular disorders are a group of disorders that may result from damage to peripheral or central vestibular system, which seriously affect the patients' lives and work and even life-threatened. The causes of most vestibular disorders are still unclear, the auxiliary examination is not effective enough and the treatment is not individualized. It needs to improve the diagnosis and treatment efficiency of patients with vestibular disorders. Recent advance in artificial intelligence technology could provide novel promising strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of patients and assist clinical trials. Here we summarized the application of artificial intelligence technique in the field of vertigo, and look to the possible application in the future.

前庭疾病是一组可能由外周或中枢前庭系统损伤引起的疾病,严重影响患者的生活和工作,甚至危及生命。大多数前庭疾病的病因仍不清楚,辅助检查效果不够理想,治疗也缺乏个体化。需要提高前庭疾病患者的诊断和治疗效率。人工智能技术的最新进展可为患者的诊断和治疗提供新的有前景的策略,并辅助临床试验。在此,我们总结了人工智能技术在眩晕领域的应用,并展望其未来可能的应用。
