To explore the correlations of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) G894T and endothelin-2 (ET-2) A985G gene polymorphisms with eclampsia.
A total of 110 eclampsia patients in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2017 were enrolled as the observation group and 100 healthy pregnant women in the same period as the control group. The polymorphisms of eNOS G894T and ET-2 A985G genes in the two groups were analyzed via polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and their correlations with eclampsia risk were investigated.
The distribution frequency of eNOS G894T genotype TT and GT and T allele, as well as the ET-2 A985G genotype GG and AG and G allele, were evidently higher in the observation group than in the control group (p<0.05). ENOS G894T genotype TT and ET-2 A985G genotype GG were significantly associated with the occurrence of eclampsia.
The polymorphisms of eNOS G894T and ET-2 A985G genes are correlated with the occurrence of eclampsia.
探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)G894T 和内皮素-2(ET-2)A985G 基因多态性与子痫前期的相关性。
选取我院 2014 年 7 月至 2017 年 8 月收治的 110 例子痫前期患者作为观察组,同期选取 100 例健康孕妇作为对照组。采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)分析两组患者内皮型一氧化氮合酶 G894T 和内皮素-2 A985G 基因多态性,探讨其与子痫前期发病风险的关系。
观察组 eNOS G894T 基因型 TT 和 GT 及 T 等位基因,以及 ET-2 A985G 基因型 GG 和 AG 及 G 等位基因的分布频率明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。eNOS G894T 基因型 TT 和 ET-2 A985G 基因型 GG 与子痫前期的发生明显相关。
eNOS G894T 和 ET-2 A985G 基因多态性与子痫前期的发生有关。
