Abstract

Indications for combined anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and anterolateral ligament (ALL) reconstruction are not well defined, and the role of ligamentous hyperlaxity on anterolateral rotatory instability in an ACL-deficient knee remains unclear. Possible indications for combine ACL and ALL reconstruction might be a high-grade pivot shift, revision ACL reconstruction, patients with proven anterolateral knee pathology on preoperative imaging, and young patients participating in high-demand sport, and perhaps, finally, patients with ligamentous hyperlaxity as above.

前交叉韧带(ACL)和前外侧韧带(ALL)联合重建的适应证尚未明确,ACL 缺失膝关节前外侧旋转不稳定中韧带松弛的作用也不明确。联合 ACL 和 ALL 重建的可能适应证为:高位髌股关节滑动试验、ACL 翻修重建、术前影像学证实前外侧膝关节病变、参与高需求运动的年轻患者,以及可能存在上述韧带松弛的患者。
