Computed tomography was performed in 38 patients with a recent abdominal trauma. Results of this procedure are presented in lesions of the spleen (4 cases), liver (15 cases), pancreas (6 cases), gastrointestinal tract (2 cases), kidney (15 cases). Indications of computed tomography in emergency are only limited by the small number of units. Computed tomography should play an important role in the management of patients with a severe abdominal trauma.
对38例近期有腹部创伤的患者进行了计算机断层扫描。该检查结果显示脾脏损伤4例、肝脏损伤15例、胰腺损伤6例、胃肠道损伤2例、肾脏损伤15例。急诊计算机断层扫描的适应证仅受设备数量少的限制。计算机断层扫描在严重腹部创伤患者的治疗中应发挥重要作用。
