Abstract
The interaction of a new antihypertensive agent, labetalol was demonstrated in subcellular preparations enriched in alpha- and beta-adrenergic receptors. This result give direct confirmation of pharmacological data observed in isolated organs and in vivo. It illustrates the value of biochemical studies of receptors in order to define the mechanism of action of drugs.

一种新型抗高血压药物拉贝洛尔在富含α和β肾上腺素能受体的亚细胞制剂中的相互作用得到了证实。这一结果直接证实了在离体器官和体内观察到的药理学数据。它说明了受体生化研究对于确定药物作用机制的价值。
