Abstract

The metazoan parasites were investigated of two flatfish the common sole, (n:140) and the scaldfish, (n: 22) in the Sinop coast of Black Sea from June 2015 to June 2017. A total of 15 metazoan parasite species belonging to Digenea (6), Cestoda (3), Acanthocephala (1), Nematoda (4) and Isopoda (1) taxonomic groups were identified. was found to be infected by , , Opecoelidae gen. sp., sp., sp., sp., , , and was found to be infected by and and were determined in both flatfish. Infection prevalence and mean intensity values were recorded for each parasite species. Infection values for each parasite species in relation to season and fish size were also determined and compared as comparatively. This study is the first one assessing the metazoan parasites both of and collected from the Turkish coast of Black Sea. While and are new parasite records for , is new parasite record for . Moreover, this paper is the first report on occurrence of Opecoelidae gen. sp., and genera in .

2015年6月至2017年6月期间,在黑海锡诺普海岸对两种比目鱼——欧洲鳎(样本数:140)和长吻黄盖鲽(样本数:22)体内的后生动物寄生虫进行了调查。共鉴定出15种后生动物寄生虫,分属于复殖吸虫纲(6种)、绦虫纲(3种)、棘头虫纲(1种)、线虫纲(4种)和等足目(1种)分类群。发现欧洲鳎感染了[具体寄生虫名称1]、[具体寄生虫名称2]、奥佩科吸虫属未定种、[具体寄生虫名称3]、[具体寄生虫名称4]、[具体寄生虫名称5]、[具体寄生虫名称6]、[具体寄生虫名称7]、[具体寄生虫名称8];发现长吻黄盖鲽感染了[具体寄生虫名称9]和[具体寄生虫名称10];在两种比目鱼中均检测到[具体寄生虫名称11]。记录了每种寄生虫的感染率和平均感染强度值。还确定并比较了每种寄生虫相对于季节和鱼体大小的感染值。本研究是首次评估从黑海土耳其海岸采集的欧洲鳎和长吻黄盖鲽体内的后生动物寄生虫。虽然[具体寄生虫名称12]和[具体寄生虫名称13]是欧洲鳎的新寄生虫记录,[具体寄生虫名称14]是长吻黄盖鲽的新寄生虫记录。此外,本文是关于奥佩科吸虫属未定种、[具体寄生虫名称15]和[具体寄生虫名称16]属在[具体宿主名称]中出现的首次报道。
