A new species of the perlodid genus Neofilchneria Zwick, 1973, Neofilchneria wanglanga sp. nov. from Sichuan Province of southwestern China is described. The new species is distinctive in both the male and female adult distinguishing it from the two known congeners. The discovery of this species extends the distribution of Neofilchneria from the eastern Himalayas to southwestern China. A provisional key to the adults of Neofilchneria is provided.
描述了中国西南部四川省的珀洛蜉属（Neofilchneria Zwick，1973）一新种——王朗新蜉（Neofilchneria wanglanga sp. nov.）。该新种的雌雄成虫均具有独特特征，可与已知的两个同属物种相区分。此物种的发现将新蜉属的分布范围从东喜马拉雅地区扩展至中国西南部。提供了新蜉属成虫的临时检索表。
