Abstract
A case of simultaneous bilateral tubal pregnancy in a 29-year-old patient is presented. The diagnosis was confirmed by pathologic examination, showing chorionic villi in both locations. The possibility of this rare diagnosis should always be kept in mind and careful examination of both adnexa should be performed in cases of ectopic pregnancy.

本文报告一例29岁患者同时发生双侧输卵管妊娠的病例。病理检查确诊，两处均可见绒毛膜绒毛。应始终牢记这种罕见诊断的可能性，对于异位妊娠患者，应仔细检查双侧附件。
