Dactylicapnosines A () and B (), two reconstructed aporphines with unprecedent five-membered carbon ring D, were isolated from , in which dactylicapnosine A showed potent anti-inflammatory bioactivity . Inspired by its biosynthetic pathway, the total synthesis of dactylicapnosine A via 10 steps has been achieved and afforded enough material to prove its significant anti-inflammatory effect .
