To investigate the status of pesticides residues in vegetables in the central Shaanxi area.
The vegetables collected from central Shaanxi area and the pesticides residues in vegetables were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry during 2012 to 2018.
In 1049 samples, the total detection rate of 50 kinds of pesticides residues was 14. 11%, the over standard rate was 1. 91%. The detection rates of pyrethroid, organophosphate, carbamate, organochlorine were 7. 98%, 5. 89%, 3. 30% and 0. 68%, and the over standard rates were 0. 66%, 0. 90%, 0. 70% and 0. 00%, respectively. The highest detection of pyrethroid was cyhalothrin(3. 61%), the highest detection of organophosphate was chlorpyrifos(2. 70%), the highest detection of carbamate was carbofuran(1. 80%), the highest detection rate of organochlorine was endosulfan(0. 68%). The vegetables with higher detection rates were bulbs, fresh beans and stems. The vegetables with higher over standard rates were Chinese chives, cowpeas and celery.
The pesticides in vegetables are detected in the central Shaanxi area, but the total of exceeding standard is low.
调查陕西中部地区蔬菜中农药残留状况。
采集陕西中部地区蔬菜,采用气相色谱 - 质谱法检测2012年至2018年蔬菜中的农药残留。
1049份样品中,50种农药残留总检出率为14.11%,超标率为1.91%。拟除虫菊酯类、有机磷类、氨基甲酸酯类、有机氯类的检出率分别为7.98%、5.89%、3.30%、0.68%,超标率分别为0.66%、0.90%、0.70%、0.00%。拟除虫菊酯类中检出率最高的是氯氟氰菊酯(3.61%),有机磷类中最高的是毒死蜱(2.70%),氨基甲酸酯类中最高的是克百威(1.80%),有机氯类中最高检出率的是硫丹(0.68%)。检出率较高的蔬菜种类为鳞茎类、鲜豆类和茎类。超标率较高的蔬菜为韭菜、豇豆和芹菜。
陕西中部地区蔬菜中有农药检出,但总体超标率较低。
