[Microsurgical anatomy of the trigonoseptal region].

Eleven anatomical specimens were dissected under optical magnification in order to define the morphology of the trigone and septum, its ventricular choroid and vascular relations. These clearly explain ventricular development of tumors of this region and the importance of identification of venous structures in terms of surgical approach.
