The article provides a literarute review about the reconstructive surgery complications in patients with the larynx and trachea stenosis. The authors provide data on the etiology, pathogenetic features of the course of the larynx and trachea chronic stenosis, risk factors of the postoperative complication, and their prevention and therapy. Considered the methods of physiotherapeutic and pharmacological effects on the chronic inflammatory process in these patients and the experience of a number of researchers and the technical achievements of recent years.
