Abstract

Members of encompass important plant pathogens, saprobes and endophytes on a wide range of woody hosts with a worldwide distribution. In the current study, we obtained seven representative isolates from six tree hosts of Betulaceae, Juglandaceae, Rosaceae, Tiliaceae and Ulmaceae in Mount Dongling of China. Based on morphological comparison and phylogenetic analyses using partial ITS, LSU, , , and gene sequences, we identified two known species ( and ) and two novel species ( and ). These results represent the first study on species associated with canker disease from Mount Dongling of China.

成员包括重要的植物病原体、腐生菌和内生菌,广泛分布于世界各地的多种木本寄主上。在本研究中,我们从中国东灵山的桦木科、胡桃科、蔷薇科、椴树科和榆科的六种树木寄主中获得了七株代表性菌株。基于形态比较和使用部分ITS、LSU、 、 、 和 基因序列的系统发育分析,我们鉴定出两个已知物种( 和 )和两个新物种( 和 )。这些结果代表了对中国东灵山与溃疡病相关的 物种的首次研究。
