The primitively segmented spider genus Xu & Kuntner, 2015 consists of seven species that are distributed in Hainan Island, China and southern Vietnam. Of the seven species, five are known from Hainan Island. In this study, four more species collected from Hainan Island are diagnosed and described as new to science based on morphological characters: (♂♀), (♂♀), (♂♀), (♂♀). To facilitate future identification, the GenBank accession codes of the DNA barcode gene, cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI), for all the type specimens are also provided.
2015年由徐和昆特纳建立的原始分节的蜘蛛属包含7个物种，分布于中国海南岛和越南南部。这7个物种中，有5个已知分布于海南岛。在本研究中，基于形态特征，对从海南岛采集到的另外4个物种进行了鉴定，并作为新物种进行描述：（♂♀）、（♂♀）、（♂♀）、（♂♀）。为便于未来的鉴定，还提供了所有模式标本的DNA条形码基因细胞色素c氧化酶亚基I（COI）的GenBank登录号。
