Abstract

Paradoxical convergence movements on attempted side gaze have been rarely reported in horizontal gaze palsy. The authors report the clinical manifestation of right-sided facial colliculus syndrome in a 9-year-old girl who manifested convergence, miosis, and myopic shift on attempting right gaze that was treated with strabismus surgery, and provide a comprehensive literature review.
