Abstract
A case of endometriosis causing ureteral obstruction in a young woman was observed for 3.5 years. The conclusion is that early diagnosis is important and that intravenous pyelography must be carried out at the slightest suspicion. In some cases initial treatment with Danazol alone can be tried. Otherwise the treatment must be surgical, possibly combined with Danazol.

一名年轻女性因子宫内膜异位症导致输尿管梗阻的病例被观察了3.5年。结论是早期诊断很重要，一旦有丝毫怀疑就必须进行静脉肾盂造影。在某些情况下，可以先单独试用达那唑进行初始治疗。否则，治疗必须采取手术方式，可能需联合达那唑。
