Abstract
is a Gram-positive lactic acid bacterium commonly used in the dairy industry for the production of fermented foods such as buttermilk and a wide variety of cheeses. Here, we report the complete genome sequences of 28 bacteriophages infecting different industrial starter strains isolated from dairy plants throughout the world.
