Resection of the hypodermis of the internal face of the thigh carries with it the risk of oedema through the destruction of the lymph collectors. This complication is avoided: by locating the incision behind the course of the vessels; by leaving a fine layer of hypodermis covering the aponeurosis and possibly containing lymph ducts.
切除大腿内侧面的皮下组织会因淋巴管的破坏而带来水肿风险。通过将切口定位于血管走行后方，以及保留一层覆盖腱膜且可能含有淋巴管的薄皮下组织层，可避免这种并发症。
