Abstract
Chronic bronchitis is problem number 1 in modern pulmology. There are four basic stages in its formation and development. The patients go to a doctor, as a rule, already in the third stage of the disease. Diagnosis of chronic bronchitis in the two earlier stages opens realistic perspectives for prophylaxis of the disease.

慢性支气管炎是现代肺病学中的首要问题。其形成和发展有四个基本阶段。通常情况下，患者就医时疾病已处于第三阶段。在疾病的前两个阶段诊断出慢性支气管炎为疾病预防开辟了现实的前景。
