INTRODUCTION
celiac disease is a medical condition that is characterized by its varied forms of clinical presentation and its association with other autoimmune pathologies. The objective is to describe the case of a patient who presented for consultation due to alopecia areata.
METHODOLOGY
observational, descriptive, retrospective study of a 24-year-old obese male
RESULTS
among the routine studies positive serology for celiac disease was detected and confirmed with digestive endoscopy.
CONCLUSIONS
the alopecia areata of this patient allowed to reveal another autoimmune disease.
引言
乳糜泻是一种以多种临床表现形式以及与其他自身免疫性疾病相关联为特征的医学病症。目的是描述一名因斑秃前来咨询的患者的病例。
方法
对一名24岁肥胖男性进行观察性、描述性、回顾性研究
结果
在常规检查中检测到乳糜泻血清学呈阳性，并通过消化内镜检查得以确诊。
结论
该患者的斑秃揭示了另一种自身免疫性疾病。
