A multifunctional folic acid-targeted dendrimer-based nanoplatform was designed to have both Mn(ii) and Tc loaded via chelation. The formed nanoplatform displays good stability, cytocompatibility and hemocompatibility in a given concentration range, and can be used for targeted dual-mode single-photon emission computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging of tumors.
设计了一种基于树枝状聚合物的多功能叶酸靶向纳米平台,通过螯合作用负载锰(II)和锝。所形成的纳米平台在给定浓度范围内表现出良好的稳定性、细胞相容性和血液相容性,可用于肿瘤的靶向双模态单光子发射计算机断层扫描/磁共振成像。
