[Metastatic spread of extramammary malignant melanomas to the female breast and the clinical consequences].

Two cases of melanomas with the one site of localisation of metastases in the breast are presented. The conclusion is to perform a two step operative therapy of breast tumor for patients with a history of melanoma to avoid unnecessary mutilating operations.
