To describe ways of introducing quality assurance activities in the general administration areas of hospital management.

METHOD

Descriptive review.

RESULTS

Quality assurance activities can be carried out in the area of general administration. It cannot be done in a vacuum, however, as the work which one department does will always have an effect on another department.
