This paper reports on a case of a 18-year old male subject with continuous complaints in the right cheek. Several roentgenograms show a cystic and a X-ray dense, sharp-edged structure in the right maxillary respectively ethmoidal sinus. Under surgery a supernumerary molar was found in the right ethmoidal sinus as well as a follicular cyst in the right maxillary sinus.
本文报道了一名18岁男性患者，其右脸颊持续不适。几张X光片显示右上颌窦和筛窦分别有一个囊性结构以及一个X光显影浓密、边缘清晰的结构。手术中发现右侧筛窦有一颗多生磨牙，右上颌窦有一个滤泡囊肿。
