Abstract
Among 100 patients with turricephalus we found 37 with disorders of social adaption, 54% of them has been punishable, 22% even relapsing. Sexual offenders were dominating. Dysplasia of front cranial fossa with dominating exhibition of radiologic signs of craniostenosis frontal and frontotemporal let consider frontal cortex dysfunctions as basic disorder of psychic maldevelopment and delinquency of turricephalus persons.
摘要
在100例尖头畸形患者中，我们发现37例存在社会适应障碍，其中54%有过应受惩罚的行为，22%甚至有复发情况。性犯罪者占主导。前颅窝发育异常并伴有额骨和额颞骨颅缝早闭的放射学征象占主导，这让我们认为额叶皮质功能障碍是尖头畸形患者心理发育不良和犯罪行为的基本障碍。
