Bilateral hypertonic intracerebral haemorrhage is a rare pathological entity. CT-scan enables precise diagnostics, but in a case of bilateral intracerebral bleeding it is difficult to make decision whether to operate or not. In our group of 65 operated patients with intracerebral haemorrhage in the time interval 1985-1987 there was only one with bilateral bleeding. After the surgical removal of blood clots from one hemisphere the patient recovered.
双侧高血压性脑出血是一种罕见的病理情况。CT扫描能够进行精确诊断，但在双侧脑出血的情况下，很难决定是否进行手术。在我们1985年至1987年间手术治疗的65例脑出血患者中，仅有1例为双侧出血。在手术清除一侧半球的血凝块后，患者康复。
