Abstract

A new sensor HL for continuous identification of Cu, Al and lysine was synthesized by Schiff base reactions. The sensor could specifically recognized Cu in the EtOH/HO (1:1 v/v) solution by UV-vis spectra, and the binding constant with Cu can reach 10 M, meanwhile, it was found by the naked-eye that the color of the solution was changed from colorless to yellow. The copper complex L-Cu formed by the sensor HL and Cu could further recognize Al and lysine in the fluorescence spectra. The LOD values of the three objects were 2.67 × 10, 1.96 × 10 and 5.59 × 10 M, respectively. In addition, fluorescence intracellular images of Al and lysine were performed and obtained satisfactory results.

通过席夫碱反应合成了一种用于连续识别铜、铝和赖氨酸的新型传感器HL。该传感器可通过紫外可见光谱在乙醇/水(1:1 v/v)溶液中特异性识别铜,与铜的结合常数可达10⁶ M,同时肉眼可观察到溶液颜色由无色变为黄色。传感器HL与铜形成的铜配合物L-Cu可在荧光光谱中进一步识别铝和赖氨酸。这三种物质的检测限分别为2.67×10⁻⁷、1.96×10⁻⁷和5.59×10⁻⁶ M。此外,还进行了铝和赖氨酸的细胞内荧光成像并获得了满意的结果。
