In order to study CHD prevalence in an organized population (aged 20 to 59) in Novosibirsk a simultaneous cardiological study of workers and employees at one of the factories was conducted in 1985. CHD prevalence rate among all examinees was 12.2%. The growing number of risk factors brought about an increase in the number of detected CHD cases. Particular attention should be drawn to patients with risk factors and to prophylaxis among them.
为研究新西伯利亚有组织人群（20至59岁）中的冠心病患病率，1985年对一家工厂的工人和雇员进行了同步心脏病学研究。所有受检者中的冠心病患病率为12.2%。危险因素数量的增加导致检出的冠心病病例数增多。应特别关注有危险因素的患者及其预防措施。
