Abstract
The test of leukocyte migration was carried out in vitro and in vivo in 162 patients suffering from chronic bronchitis with bronchospasm, who had been treated with corticosteroids for long time periods. Half of the patients were given TFX "Polfa" besides corticosteroids. TFX was found to have no effect on the leukocyte migration ability in vivo and in vitro. However, a significant improvement was observed in the clinical state of the patients taking TFX.
摘要
对162例患有慢性支气管炎并伴有支气管痉挛且长期接受皮质类固醇治疗的患者进行了白细胞迁移的体内和体外试验。其中一半患者除皮质类固醇外还给予了TFX“Polfa”。结果发现，TFX对体内和体外白细胞迁移能力均无影响。然而，服用TFX的患者临床状况有显著改善。
