Abstract

Neurilemmomas (schwannomas) of the trachea are extremely rare. A case of near-total obstruction of the trachea by an intraluminal polypoid neurilemmomas is reported. Computerized tomographic imaging gave the exact localization of the polyp and the attachment of its stalk. Endoscopic excision has left the patient with an excellent prognosis and little chance of recurrence.

气管神经鞘瘤（施万细胞瘤）极为罕见。本文报告一例腔内息肉样神经鞘瘤导致气管近乎完全阻塞的病例。计算机断层扫描成像明确了息肉的具体位置及其蒂部附着情况。内镜下切除使患者预后良好，复发几率很小。
