Lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in patients with cancers were analyzed through two color analysis using FCM. Leu-2/Leu-3 and Leu-2+15+/Leu-8-3+ were compared during radiotherapy and periods of follow up in cases with uterine cervical ca. and lung ca. They did not show similar tendencies but just a opposite one in some cases. Both of them, on the other hand, did not appear to be related with the prognosis of patients. However, CTL and NK (potent) did show a relevance with it through the period of follow up. They might be indices which allow to predict the clinical course of Patients with cancers. Further study is now in progress.
采用流式细胞仪（FCM）双色分析法对癌症患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行分析。在宫颈癌和肺癌患者的放疗期间及随访期，对Leu-2/Leu-3和Leu-2+15+/Leu-8-3+进行了比较。它们未显示出相似趋势，在某些情况下反而呈相反趋势。另一方面，它们两者似乎均与患者预后无关。然而，在随访期间，细胞毒性T淋巴细胞（CTL）和自然杀伤细胞（NK，强效）确实与之相关。它们可能是有助于预测癌症患者临床病程的指标。目前进一步的研究正在进行中。
