Abstract
A new technique is described which allows the detection of small amounts of antigen on the membrane of antibody plaque-forming cells. The test system combines the indirect immunofluorescence test and the Jerne plaque technique, and is about 10 times more sensitive than the ordinary cytotoxic plaque technique.
