Traumatic aneurysms of the peripheral arteries are observed exceptionally rarely. With the localization in the maxillofacial region it presents a diagnostic and therapeutic problem. The authors report the successful treatment of a patient with traumatic aneurysm of facial artery, directing the attention to the necessity of a diagnostic puncture in case of traumatic swelling with pulsations.
外周动脉创伤性动脉瘤极为罕见。当其位于颌面部区域时，会带来诊断和治疗难题。作者报告了一例面动脉创伤性动脉瘤患者的成功治疗，并指出在出现伴有搏动的创伤性肿胀时进行诊断性穿刺的必要性。
