Abstract

INTRODUCTION

Severe penile torsion of 180° associated with hypospadias is a rare entity. Knowledge of penile anatomy and pathology are necessary as the diagnosis could be missed.

CASE PRESENTATION

We report a case of severe 180° penile torsion with distal hypospadias that was mistaken for an epispadias which was corrected with surgery.

CONCLUSION

Tubularized incised plate urethroplasty and dartos flap rotation provided satisfactory result for this association.

摘要

引言

伴有尿道下裂的180°重度阴茎扭转是一种罕见的病症。由于可能会漏诊，因此了解阴茎解剖学和病理学知识很有必要。

病例报告

我们报告一例伴有远端尿道下裂的180°重度阴茎扭转病例，该病例曾被误诊为尿道上裂，后经手术矫正。

结论

管状切开板尿道成形术和肉膜瓣旋转术对这种联合病症取得了满意的治疗效果。
