Synthetic mid-urethral slings are currently the most common performed surgical procedure for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. The transobturator mid-urethral sling technique has been widely accepted owing to its high success and low complication rates. Although complications are rarely seen, it may cause significant morbidity.
We report a case of vaginocutaneous fistula following transobturator mid-urethral sling procedure and a successful reconstruction with transvaginal sling excision and fistula closure.
Vaginocutaneous fistula is a known but rarely seen long-term complication of transobturator tape. With an increased use of mesh, various delayed complications can be seen in the long-term follow-up. This case showed us the need for longer and detailed studies that evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the transobturator tape procedure.
合成中尿道吊带目前是治疗女性压力性尿失禁最常进行的手术。经闭孔中尿道吊带技术因其高成功率和低并发症发生率而被广泛接受。尽管并发症很少见，但它可能导致严重的发病率。
我们报告了一例经闭孔中尿道吊带手术后阴道皮瘘的病例，并通过经阴道吊带切除和瘘口闭合成功重建。
阴道皮瘘是经闭孔吊带的一种已知但罕见的长期并发症。随着网片的使用增加，在长期随访中可能会出现各种迟发性并发症。该病例提醒我们需要进行更长时间和更详细的研究，以评估经闭孔吊带术的有效性和安全性。
