The immunological backgrounds of canine atopy, and in particular of atopic dermatitis, are described in the present review. The significance of the history, the intradermal allergic test and the determination of allergen-specific antibodies in the diagnosis of canine atopy is discussed.
本综述阐述了犬特应性疾病，尤其是特应性皮炎的免疫背景。讨论了病史、皮内过敏试验以及变应原特异性抗体测定在犬特应性疾病诊断中的意义。
